Crack and Joint Sealing

In a sewer repair project, a contractor faced the challenge of a separated sewer pipe from a manhole structure, leading to significant ground water inflow at a rate of 50 gallons per minute (gpm). Leveraging the soil stabilization capabilities of AzoGrout 443 and employing resin absorbent grout pads, the contractor effectively halted the inflow.

To fortify the manhole’s pre-cast joints and mitigate future seepage, contractors opted for AzoGrout 675 to seal the cracks. This comprehensive approach ensured a durable repair, addressing both immediate concerns and long-term structural integrity.
